Rates
Sessions usually range from 60 to 90 minutes. After the initial session, fees for services are based on time: $150.00/60 minutes, $125/50 minutes, etc.; $175 Intake session.
Insurance
I can provide medically coded receipts for you to file your expenses with your insurance company, as insurance does require a clinical diagnosis for your care. I am an out-of-network provider, and many of my clients get reimbursed by their insurance carrier for a portion of their session expenses. If your plan has coverage, you will get reimbursed according to your benefits with your insurance.
I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
- Will my non-reimbursed payment amounts be applied to my deductible and/or out-of-pocket expenses?
Payment
I accept cash, debit cards and major credit cards as forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is reserved specifically for you and is a mutual commitment. If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 hours beforehand. Otherwise, a cancellation fee of $75 will be charged to your card on file.
